I’m Emily Seider, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who helps women balance blood sugar and hormones naturally.
I lived my teenage and adult life with PMS symptoms, sugar cravings, and blood sugar crashes, thinking it was normal.
After struggling thorugh infertility and hearing from multiple doctors that I was "healthy," I decided to take control of my health in order to build my famliy.
It changed my life and has given me energy, vitality, and two precious children.
